Why does my watch link expire?+
Every link is signed with an HMAC token valid for 2 hours. Request a fresh link anytime from the dashboard's Copy Link button — the media itself is stored permanently in R2.
Which video formats play in the browser?+
H.264 (x264) plays everywhere natively. HEVC/x265, 10-bit and AV1 sources are automatically transcoded to H.264 during packaging, so every upload ends up playable on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and mobile.
How do I switch audio or subtitle tracks?+
On the watch page, click any audio chip under "Audio & Subtitles" to switch instantly, or use the player's ⚙ settings menu. Subtitles can be restyled (size, color, box) and downloaded as .srt files.
What happens when storage fills up?+
Uploads are blocked before exceeding the 9.5 GB safety cap. Delete old titles from the dashboard to reclaim space — every object belonging to a title is wiped in one click.
